Terms and Conditions
Prices and Taxes:
The rates shown on our website include all taxes and are per cottage based on up to 2 people sharing. No meals are included and we have no meal plan options, but an excellent restaurant is located centrally on our plot.
Deposits & Payments:
No booking can be accepted as finalized without the payment of a deposit of 50% of the booking amount.
For people from outside of India we usually request that the deposit is paid via PayPal or Transferwise.
If you are resident of India you can pay directly into our Bank account by bank transfer, UPI, GooglePay etc. – We will send you the details once you have made your reservation. The balance of the room payment is due on arrival at the resort.
The balance can be paid in Indian Rupees (cash), we also accept most foreign currencies (cash), credit cards (for payment when with us, please ask us before any payment for any related charges, which are normally between 2-3% to cover the card handling costs). You can also withdraw cash from a local ATM.
We are happy to accept the remainder owed when you are here in part payments and we will provide receipts.
Reservation Dates and Requirements:
We will email you confirmation of your deposit payment and your reservation details.
It is your responsibility to check the confirmation for accurate dates, room types and amounts and advise us of any inaccuracies or omissions.
Extra Children or Adults Policy:
Our rates are per cottage and for up to two people sharing.
Additionally up to two children (we consider children to be 12 years old or younger), or one adult can be accommodated in our cottages and we are going to provide one additional mattress per extra person (additional charges apply).
If you have 2 or more children above this age we would recommend that you reserve another cottage and we will try and keep both cottages next to each other.
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.
Our check-in time is 12 (midday) and check-out is at 10am. We are strict with these times because most guests do not leave until the last minute. If you would like to stay after check-out time please ask at reception on the morning of your last day and if nobody is due to check-in to your cottage, then we are happily going to allow you to stay longer.
If you are from outside India then we will need to take a copy of your passport and visa. If you are Indian we will need to take a copy of your photo ID (passport, driving license or ration card).
Accessibility or Special Needs:
Although our cottages only have a couple of steps, because of the surrounding sand they can be difficult to access for people with limited mobility. That said, with your permission we are willing and happy to assist under your direction. There are a spectrum of needs, so please feel welcome to discuss with us any assistance or information you may need.
We do supply free WiFi to our guests and is available to most if not all the cottages dependent upon your computers WiFi strength and any power outages.
We have parking space for 2-3 cars only, in case all the parking slots are full, we can recommend you a spot nearby.
Force Majeure (greater force):
We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control. Such as and may include an act of God, act of man, act of parliament, and other impersonal events or occurrences. The before said, we have integrity and will endeavour to provide you with the services mentioned and hopefully exceed your expectations.
Use of Personal information:
We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and resort related information.
