Refund/Cancellation Policy

Property and Cancellation Policies :
 

If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please let us know at the earliest.The deposit of 50% that we request is non-refundable, because by reserving the room for you we may have to turn away other potential guests.
 

We appreciate that life’s plans often change and although we will not refund your deposit, we would be happy to hold it against a later reservation, if we manage to fill the days that you had reserved(future room rates would apply). If not, we are sorry but you will lose the deposit.

 

No Show:
 

If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room until check-out time the following morning.

You will not receive a refund of your deposit.
